served with warm crusty bread.
Duck liver, orange and cointreau pate
served on toasted sour dough with mixed salad leaves and spiced chutney
‘Dun Cow Smokies’
flaked smoked haddock in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with mashed potato.
Panko breadcrumbed wedge of brie
served with mixed salad leaves and spiced chutney.


All main courses are served with roast potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables
Roasted crown of turkey
with herb stuffing, pigs in blanket and pan gravy.
Roasted Topside of Staffordshire beef
with Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy.
Pan fried fillet of fresh salmon
served with a white wine and cream sauce
Roasted butternut squash and walnut tart
with a white wine and cream sauce.


Traditional Christmas pudding
served with brandy sauce.
Glazed lemon tart
with a mulled spiced berry compote
