Homemade fish broth, with fresh monkfish tails, mussels and king prawns, served with warm crusty bread
‘To Share’- baked garlic and rosemary infused camembert, with warm crusty bread and homemade fruit chutney
Staffordshire beef fillet Carpaccio, with capers, rocket leaf salad and fresh parmesan shavings
‘Open ravioli’- of roasted butternut squash, broad beans and soft herbs, in a white wine and cream sauce
Main Course
Our own Staffordshire beef fillet wellington, served with potato fondant, buttered baby vegetables and red wine jus
Roasted Staffordshire pork fillet, stuffed with black pudding and apricots and wrapped in streaky bacon, served on a potato, broad bean, spinach and soft herb chowder
‘Oven roasted’ herb crusted fresh cod loin, set on green pesto mashed potatoes and finished with a petit ratatouille
‘Char grilled’ haloumi cheese, courgette, aubergine and cherry tomato skewers, served with spiced apricot and herb cous cous and roasted red pepper coulis

Homemade cherry and almond frangipani tartlet, with clotted cream ice cream
Homemade lemon tiramisu trifle, with vanilla shortbread heart
Warm dark chocolate fondant, with mixed berry compote and vanilla ice cream
