with beetroot puree, soft herb oil dressing, italian hard cheese shavings and pea shoots
‘To Share’- Oven baked camembert studded with fresh garlic and rosemary

Mains

Char grilled 7oz Staffordshire beef fillet
served with a brandy and peppercorn sauce, fat chips and a wild rocket and parmesan salad
Pan roasted breast of Gressingham duck
served with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and a port wine and thyme jus
Pan fried loin of Cod
served with garlic and rosemary roasted new potatoes, wilted greens and hollandaise sauce
Sweet potato and chick pea falafel
served on a charred flat bread and topped with wild rocket, cherry plum tomatoes and a mint yoghurt dressing
