We source all of our produce locally, our meat comes from the wonderful Edmonstons butchers of Uttoxeter and we love to create seasonal dishes made with the finest in-season ingredients. Our chefs will always aim to cater for requests from vegetarians and vegans as well as customers suffering from food intolerances such as wheat, eggs or dairy.
