The early bird catches the worm is what they say and certainly the Dun Cow Early Bird menu doesn’t disappoint with a selection of dishes changing regularly to match seasonal produce with 2 courses for £12 and 3 course for £15 – you are getting top restaurant quality cooked dishes at truly value prices. The restaurant is a buzz on Friday and Saturday evenings with family and friends dining out on sumptuous dishes including a wide range of fish dishes as well as traditional staples such as steak, slow cooked lamb shank and pies!

Make sure to book at least a couple of weeks in advance to enjoy the Dun Cows superb Sunday Lunches with the chefs competing for the tallest Yorkshire puddings and crackliest Pork Crackling!

Always available on the Sunday Lunch menu is the choice of beef, pork and lamb as well as a pie of the day, two fish options and a vegetarian dish. (Vegan options can be catered for on prior request).

The pudding selection is particularly to die for, even if we do say so ourselves, the choice will vary depending on the season but don’t worry there is always plenty custard to go round come rain or shine! At £20 for three courses you really cannot get such high quality food cooked and prepared fresh on the premises at these prices anywhere else locally.
